For the heathen community, runes are not just an alphabet, but a means of divination, magic, and spiritual expression. They are intrinsically significant by themselves, and etched together along with other runes can create works of power to protect, to influence, even to harm. But, in the spirit of “do no harm,” a point in the Wiccan Rede a still strongly agree with, what we shall delve into here are the ways runes can help and teach us as a medium of magic work and communication.
